(recorded Aug. 18, 2022)
On this episode, The Brethren discuss the fantastic promo segment between Drew McIntyre and Kevin Owens from Monday Night RAW. Then they discuss the banger of matches we have seen since the Triple H Era began. Just the August 15th episode of RAW alone featured: Drew vs. KO, A.J. vs Lashley, Ciampa/Miz vs. Ali/Alexander, and Theory vs. Ziggler. Next up, Josh poses the question of WWE building up multiple believable contenders to challenge Roman's reign, while at the same not fans not really believing Roman will lose until after WrestleMania 39. A discussion about CM Punk vs. Jon Moxley being moved up and off the All Out PPV, and the creative ramifications to follow. Then they touch of Punk reportedly going "into business for himself" when he brought up Hangman Page in his promo on Dynamite (8/17). Finally on the docket is the end of NXT:UK, the start of NXT Europe, and the NXT Worlds Collide "pay-per-view" on Labor Day Weekend. Tune in to this great episode!
