As traditional paradigms of employment, identity and aspirations are rapdily shifting, this podcast helps to give guidance and shed light on possibilities for those invividuals that don't easily fit into the square boxes of longstanding societal expectations or want to try something new - helpful inspiration for those of us that happen to be born on the Island of Misfit Toys.
