We close with some international news about the death of a South African ambassador, a defeat for pro-Russian interests in Moldova's latest elections, a former candidate for the presidency of Romania being charged with a coup, and the fact that there are now more autocracies in the world than democracies (with 72% of the world's population living under autocratic rule).
