We then turn our attention to the fallout from former CPC MP Matt Jeneroux's floor crossing.
According to some journalists, there's a very strong possibility that there are more potential floor crossers waiting to make a move; a potential opportunity for the Liberals to gain another seat, in the riding of Gouin this time, as NDP MP Alexandre Boulerice is considering a provincial run for Quebec Solidaire; Lisa Raitt signaling the party fears a slow drip of defectors; and the party (and its influencers) not at all coping well publicly with the events, while giving more credence to the November rumours that Jeneroux had been threatened with consequences, and this in a manner so ugly that it would repel voters it would need to grow.
