We keep going with more good news (because we need it), picking up where we left off yesterday with two more medals for Canada at the Winter Olympics, including a second gold from our freestyle skiing team.

Canada takes a big step on the path to reconciliation with the announcement of an Inuit Nunangat university in the Arctic.

The auto sector gets a boost with the announcement of funding for electric vehicle charging infrastructure as well as the return of the third line at Stellantis's Windsor assembly plant.

There are also positive developments on the trade file as IQ47 get some pushback on tariffs against Canada from the House of Representatives after six GOP Members break ranks to express disapproval of them, just as news emerges that Agent Orange might soon be TACOing himself somewhat on metals and aluminum tariffs (the United Statesian administration is pre-framing it as a "nimble and nuanced" "narrowing" and "clarification" of their "nimble and nuanced" trade policy, because they can't say Trump screwed up, his prosciutto-thin ego oblige).

In addition, one of the largest trade missions to Mexico in Canadian history will soon take place, setting the stage for some important new deals to be announced later this spring.

Finally, the most recent aggregate public opinion numbers from 338Canada contain some devastating news for Pierre Poilièvre and the Conservative Party of Canada (which is always good news for Canada).
