The leaders of Canada and Indonesia officially sign the Indonesia-Canada Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (ICA-CEPA), establishing free trade with the world's fourth most populous nation, opening the door to free trade with other ASEAN nations with which we do not yet have one (Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Philippines), and increasing both military and environmental partnership. The PM describes the agreement as a 'game changer".
