A panel of judges agreed with lawyer Paul Champ's argument that the Premier of Ontario complaining that him having to do the work of sifting through his personal phone records, to separate his personal calls from government business calls, would be too much work because he brought that mess upon himself given his either "reckless" and/or "deliberate" choice.
