#ELXN45 — Trump Tariff Turmoil Enters the Room - The Daily Beaver Morning Show

 On Episode 611, though U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick promised Ontario Premier Doug Ford there'd be no surprises on tariffs, the USA had a little 'Signal' issue & so, IQ 47 needed to change the channel. 

We also discuss the launch of the Bloc Québecois's "national' campaign, during which Yves-François Blanchet had some very interesting thoughts about tariffs, Canadian sovereignty as well as the prospects for Québec independence, as he cleverly applied a rather solid frame to the party's raison-d'être this time around.

In addition, Con Party Leader Pierre Poilièvre's math starts to no longer math (one can only fund so much by gutting foreign aid & the CBC) as he flip-flops on big, bloated, government programs in which, he once infamously told us, Cons don't believe.. & this latest attack of Mark Carney flops.
