On Episode 16 of our 45th federal general election coverage (AKA Episode 623 of The Daily Beaver Morning Show), as the campaigns enter pre-debate/debate prep mode, the announcements have gotten smaller with both Liberals and Conservatives trying repeat-ish takes on past ones, with the Conservative attemot showing the party might be running out of ideas.

In addition, despite a change in tone in the NDP campaign, Jagmeet Singh launches a lame attack on Carney as Conservatives "deny" (uh-huh, sure) involvement in dirty tricks and setting the stage for a post-election Trumpublican-style "stop the steal" gambit, by asking its supporters to deny the evidence of their eyes and ears as it pertains to polling.
