Birgitta Visser - The Fear Response

We are limited from achieving our highest potential by the fears we have developed due to our past experiences. We're not supposed to judge, and we're not supposed to judge our experiences; instead, we should take what we've learned and move on. Join Birgitta Visser as she shares how you can channel your inner self, be more authentic and understand life and how she studied many healing modalities and healed herself. She's a self-empowerment coach and a light configurator who works with light beings to aid humanity. The juncture where Birgitta's life changed was in 2009. She had a very traumatic experience and had toxic relationships. But she wanted and needed a change in her life, and the only way she would do that was to take responsibility. That was because she blamed many other people even though she wanted to change. Birgitta started with Reiki healing which was her saving grace.

"You're like an onion. In every experience, you peel back a layer, you cry, and you must go through the hell of the experience to expand your awareness. Then you get the next experience, the next one, and so forth. But the more you become aware, the easier life becomes."

"When we're in the thick of a traumatic experience, and we can't find a way out, when you look at it from above, it seems so small. Why did we get so absorbed in our drama and experiences when we can easily let go and move forward and look at things from a different perspective?"

"When we talk about Christianity, it's a bloody rulebook indoctrinated by fear; you cannot do this, you cannot do that. But I live my life the way I choose to, whether people like me or not. That is not my problem."

"This is what we create within ourselves. We are either our greatest healers because we've got all the tools within or our worst enemy, and we create that disease within ourselves."

"If people judge me, it doesn't bother me. It's fine. I am who I am. And I don't apologize for who I am, who I've become, and who I will be becoming."

😎 It doesn't matter what people think of you. What matters is what you feel about yourself.

💡 The light within us is the same as everyone else's, and there is no difference between us except for our physical appearance.

🤷 You only know what you know when you know it. It's how people view you based on information that you haven't even had a chance to read.

👩‍⚖️Don't judge yourself. Don't be so harsh on yourself.

🧠 Our soul is pure, and it's perfect. The mind is what confuses the truth.
