As we discuss how ECW showed up on WWF television in 1996, the invasion on RAW in February 1997 to April's Barely Legal pay-per-view, Meanie takes us behind-the-scenes and details what it was like having that promotion on WWF television and the reaction from within to the pay-per-view.
