Alignment: It starts with knowing who you are

No matter what industry you work in, what your background is, your religion, the color of your skin, or your educational background, there will come a time in your life where you will start to look in the mirror and self-reflect on the person you are. I thought I was somebody who I knew, turns out I had no idea and I was hiding behind my career. When I went on a job interview I was hit in the gut (and it was the most embarrassing moment in my life)! That dark moment started me on my journey of personal development, and I had to start with leading myself!
