Del didn't set out to run a company. He started as a craftsman, an editor, a visual effects artist, working his way up from the cutting rooms of MPC with no grand plan and no startup playbook. What became Coffee & TV began with four friends who believed they could do things differently. What followed was over a decade of building something rare: a world-class creative studio that grew to multi-million revenues and was eventually acquired by Omnicom in 2023. All the while staying true to its values.
