Andrea Walker-Williamson is a Los Angeles-born and raised filmmaker. She most recently produced the upcoming documentary "Shutting it Down", whose EP includes Actor Danny Glover.
She is currently in pre-production for her much-anticipated feature film Sun Down, starring actor comedienne Jay Pharaoh in his first dramatic role.
Andrea has received numerous awards and recognitions including Two Sophie Awards, the NAACP Theatre Festival Competition, Grand Prize for Best Documentary Short- for The Bonita Murals.
Andrea is a filmmaker. She most recently produced the upcoming documentary "Shutting it Down", whose EP includes Actor Danny Glover. She is currently in production on two documentary features that she is directing, “We Are America” and “Dear Morris Brown.” Andrea began her career as a researcher for National Public Radio before working in film and television production. She founded Create Noise Productions and is the author of three books.
