In the spring of 2016, I made a bold decision to sell my insurance book of business, not knowing exactly where my next step would lead. By the fall of that same year, I took a leap of faith and dove into real estate by purchasing my first flip. This decision came after meeting a mentor and friend who guided me through my first deal and showed me the ropes of real estate investing.
Since then, I’ve successfully flipped over 50 properties and currently hold 12 units as long-term rentals, generating more cash flow than my previous W2 job ever did. This shift has allowed me the freedom to live life on my terms — being present at all my kids' events, taking vacations, and enjoying a lifestyle I once only dreamed of.
