6: Taking Calculated Risks with Real Estate | Jaden Connor
In this episode we talk with Jaden about what its like being apart of a 20+ person team that has transacted over 600+ Real Estate Wholesale deals. He is now out on his own focusing on being a residential agent and wholesalers.
While doing door-to-door summer sales, Jaden was introduced to Wholesaling Real Estate. He had connected with a gentleman by the name of Jason, who currently is one of the top wholesalers in UT, and decided to work for him for free to learn the game. After officially joining the team as a lead manager, he and Jason developed the now known and integral role, Relationship Manager. Througout his 5 year endeavor with this team, he had developed the skills necessary to be a successful Real Estate investor. He accumulated a strong rental portfolio, was apart of more than 600+ Real Estate Wholesale transactions, and untimately developed the courage to take the leap and go out on his own. Jaden also raised $5,000,000 for a development deal in Driggs, ID.
Since being on his own for the past couple months, he has already been apart of 6 wholesale transactions with accumulating multiple listings. Jaden is a testament to success by way of hard work, dedication, sacrafice, and never giving up. He has plans to focus on being a residential Real estate Agent and Wholesaler.

Jaden Connor graduated from Utah State University with a double major in Finance and Management Information Systems and a Minor in Real Estate. For the last 5 years after graduating from USU he worked for an investment group where he helped wholesale over 600+ single family, multifamily, and commercial properties. He recently quit that job and is a full time investor and licensed Realtor in Utah. He owns a small portfolio of house hacks and sub-to deals. One of his favorite deals to date is when he helped raise $5M for a 64 lot land acquisition in Driggs, Idaho where they are now building luxury homes on. He also helps Coach for Real Estate Investing School and loves helping other people acquire investment properties. When he isn’t investing in Real Estate he loves spending quality time with family & friends, playing golf, skiing, or any type of sport!
