If you are needing some tips on how to build your buyers list, this episode is a must listen. In this quick chat, we briefy discuss some of the best ways to build a buyers list. Some of those are Facebook groups, trading lists, and eventually building a VIP buyers list. In a VIP Buyers list, these are people who have bought from you previously, or they are known to be true and active buyers. There may be some scenarios that you come across that may not prohibit having all of your buyers go through the home, and this is where your VIP List comes into play. Having a solid buyers list is one of the most important things you could continually grow, and you progress throughout your Real Estate journey! As we always say, "You only need ONE buyer!"
