CEO, Author and Real Estate Investor
Heidi McNulty has been a successful entrepreneur and business owner since buying her first property at the age of 19. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Accounting by the age of 24 while raising two children. She acquired 89 rentals and has flipped over 110 properties. She went on to build both a multi-million dollar business and a substantial real estate portfolio and retired at 35.
Just months after retiring and selling her staffing business for seven figures, she lost her husband of 15 years to PTSD-related suicide. With three young children and a mountain of uncertainty, she became determined to rebuild her life from the inside out and shifted her focus to what she had learned in her mindset and wellness coaching.
In a beautiful twist of fate, in 2023 Heidi met and married Rob Eastman, the “tattooed life coach.” Together they are launching the Village Effect, a revolutionary holistic wellness program that incorporates counseling, family services, life and finance coaching and parent training. She is still the owner of a real estate portfolio worth more than 8 million dollars and recently opened a new staffing company called Pro Trades Solutions with a fresh approach of "building success by putting people first". She lives with her husband and three children in Utah.
