17: Buying & Lending On A Subject To Property | Quick Chat w/ Bridger Christensen

This is a Quick Chat with the BRIDGEMEISTER (Not self-proclaimed). I go over what subject to even means, how you can shape it and customize it to fit everyone's needs, and the HUGE benefits from these type of deals. I go over a few examples where we have recently capitalized on a few subject to deals that have been awesome! We had a lender help with the purchase of the property and we helped the seller out of a tight situation where they were very upside-down with their mortgage. After customizing the deal to fit their needs and cut away their debt, the seller didn't have to lose everything, and we created a great deal for us and our lender(s).
