Kyle started his career as a CPA working for one of the biggest accounting firms in the world. In 2017, he transitioned into real estate, flipping his first home—and he hasn’t looked back. Since then, he’s flipped 20+ homes, wholesaled nearly 200 properties, and generated over $4 million in assignment fees through his companies Standout Home Buyers and Salt Lake Wholesale Homes. As a seasoned investor, he owns 26 rental units across two states. He has also invested in and scaled other businesses including a national title company where he acted as CFO before selling to Acrisure, LLC in 2021 for $30 million. Beyond real estate, he’s a dedicated husband, and father of four who loves playing basketball and softball, and coaching his kids’ sports teams. His passion is helping others build wealth through smart real estate investing.
