Good progress continues to be made at The Mill in terms of the necessary preparations for the commencement of construction works onsite. The delicate process of removing the existing roof has begun along with the demolition of the existing substation.
Over the upcoming period, these works will progress further, while technical design team meetings between the main contractor and consultants continue. The finalisation of apartment specifications is also anticipated during this time.
