Nearing completion this month at One Baltic Square includes Block A brickwork and kitchens, and windows on Block E. 1st fix mechanical and electrical works are progressing in Blocks B, C and E.
Lift installation continues and progress is ongoing to external facings on Block B, plus the lift core masonry in Block E. In the next period, several tasks are scheduled for completion such as internal door installation in Block A and the roof on Blocks C and E.
