With Block A complete at One Baltic Square the onsite team is now focused on delivering Blocks B, C and E by December of this year. Works have continued to progress well across the site over the last month with Block E lift core masonry nearing completion and internal boarding advancing well on all blocks.
In the next reporting period, second fixes in Blocks B and C will continue to progress along with the installation of IPS (Integrated Plumbing System) units on all blocks. Kitchens and sanitaryware will also be installed in Block C over this period.
