Excellent progress has been made at Merchant’s Wharf in the last reporting period with the majority of external works now complete. Internally, huge progress has been made on both blocks as lift installation, above-ground drainage, and apartment ceiling installations all approach completion in Block A.
Similar progress has been made in Block B where 1st fix electrical, plumbing and heating works are in their final stages and 2nd fixes are well underway. Decorations are also 84% complete with further steady progress expected over the coming month.
