Trauma bonding is a form of attachment that a person can have to someone who is causing them pain by a number of powerful biological mechanisms. People who have never been abused have a hard time understanding why people stay in abusive relationships. They could think you're completely capable of leaving. However, because to the trauma bond, this is incredibly difficult especially leaving a narcissist.  Abuse is not something that people choose to do. They also have little control over the formation of trauma attachments, which are fueled several factors.  In this episode we will take closer look at trauma bond and how to break free for good!  I share a lot of tips that works with a lot of my own clients.
