In this episode, I will talk about what is happiness and how to experience it. Once we recognize that happiness is the now and not in the future only then will we start to feel it from the inside. Your positive or negative reaction to a situation results from your past and conditioning. We think lots of money and things will bring joy or some future destination will bring happiness. For some, that may be temporary but the real question is will it bring true lasting happiness. Our attitude shifts our reality when we focus on giving back and expecting nothing in return that's when the real magic happens. Most of us have set standards for happiness and if those standards are not met we feel unhappy and unfulfilled. Tune in and take control of your happiness!
