#105 Five Powerful Ways To Reconnect With Self & Put Yourself First | Raj Montage

When I was younger, I was very concerned with what other people thought of me. Because of this, I tried to please everyone and placed my own needs last. To reconnect and put me first, I used five methods to get back on track which I discuss in detail. In this episode, I'll talk about how to stop repeating old, damaging behaviors and how to stop being attracted to unhealthy relationships. For the first time, I open up about my personal struggles, such as a lack of self-confidence, poor self-esteem, and difficulty setting limits. It wasn't until I felt like I'd struck rock bottom that I started an extensive recovery path that I started to come out of this darkness. I stopped pleasing people and learned how to deal with manipulative people. That's when I started to be able to manage my emotions and live on my own terms. For the first time in my life, I realized I needed to stop focusing on other people's actions and instead concentrate only on my own values and priorities. The questions we must all really be asking is, “How do I connect with myself?”
