His tenacity paid off when he was hired as the bass player and later music director for one of Atlanta’s premier mega-churches, New Birth M.B. Church.

However, Jermaine was never content to remain simply a top-tier performer. Over the years he has developed a business around his music that includes bass playing courses, a huge YouTube library of videos, speaking engagements, entrepreneurial training, production services and much more.
