The impact of COVID-19 on our mental health will be felt for months and years to come. How do we begin to understand our body's response to stressors and triggers resulting from the pandemic? We have yet to fully understand the anxieties and fears associated with social distancing. During these unprecedented times, our mask protects us from contaminates within the public.
