Lisa Foster
Leadership Coach
Lisa started her career as a high school English teacher. Then, in 2005, with no business training but a powerful purpose, she launched a business to disrupt the plastic bag industry. In her first year, she sold a quarter-million reusable grocery bags. In her second year, 2 million. By year three, 8 million. Each bag could replace up to 1,000 plastic bags—cutting usage by billions. Over the next 12 years, she remained a top supplier and led a team of 200+. Then she sold the company, published a book, and gave a TEDx Talk. The key to that success wasn’t luck or technical training—it was emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence helped her build, lead, and succeed—and now she helps leaders like you do the same.
