This week on “The Entrepreneur Speaks” podcast I chat with the ‘Mushroom Queen’ Fafape   Ama Foe, CEO of E90 Ghana Ltd. Her company which started with only 10 bags in 2015 now boasts of production capacity in excess of 50,000 bags. They are embarking on climate-smart mushroom farming with their revitalized process of reusing sawdust and rice bran from saw/rice mills to produce nutritious mushrooms for healthy eating.
