Okay, that is not a winning strategy, and so today we're going to look at some things that are kind of structured and will take you to where you want to go, because the bottom line is you want to bring somebody on board, that you know that it will end up being a win-win-win situation.

So, for instance, let's say you are hiring a practice administrator and one of the things you want them to do something that's really big is you want them to be overall responsible for the schedule.

The fourth question I like to ask you know and this question I really asked the question because I want to get a feel for what their true values are, what you know like, what they consider a great job, opportunity and all of those things, and so I would typically ask you know, let's say, this all worked out and you'd worked with us for a year and you were at your friend's birthday party and you were telling her oh my goodness, like working with Dr Una has been the absolute best thing that has happened to me.
