00:00:00.080 --> 00:00:02.448
What happens when people come into the EntreeMD business?

00:00:02.448 --> 00:00:05.025
I mean all the way into that.

00:00:05.025 --> 00:00:16.423
They can launch a business, they can grow a business, they can scale a business, they can build a team that ultimately can run the business without them setting themselves up to be able to exit their businesses if they want and because they have their time back.

00:00:16.423 --> 00:00:21.068
You can focus on their health, they can focus on their marriages, they can focus on their children, they can focus on hobbies.

00:00:29.559 --> 00:00:30.362
They can do all of these things.

00:00:30.362 --> 00:00:36.444
Hi docs, Welcome to the EntreMD podcast, where it's all about helping amazing physicians just like you embrace entrepreneurship so you can have the freedom to live life and practice medicine on your terms.

00:00:36.444 --> 00:00:42.881
I'm your host, Dr Imna, Today.

00:00:42.923 --> 00:00:48.865
I'm going to take you behind the scenes of my business and share with you some really powerful lessons that we learned.

00:00:48.865 --> 00:00:54.220
So recently, I hosted Entremdi Live 2025, which was our seventh one.

00:00:54.220 --> 00:00:56.307
Right, the first one was in 2019.

00:00:56.307 --> 00:01:01.584
And when I started, when I did that first event, there was no Entremdi podcast.

00:01:01.584 --> 00:01:04.432
We hadn't written any books, there was no Entremdi business school.

00:01:04.432 --> 00:01:09.316
In fact, I had not even had any group programs up until that event.

00:01:09.316 --> 00:01:17.293
I was doing one-on-one coaching at the time and, over seven events, we now have something that's very different.

00:01:17.293 --> 00:01:26.302
We have the top 1% podcast, we have five bestselling books, we have the EntreeMD business school, which is about to turn five years old in a little bit, and we have the EntreMD Business School, which is about to turn five years old, like you know, in a little bit.

00:01:26.302 --> 00:01:30.301
And we have the Profitable Private Practice Movement and we have so many things.

00:01:30.301 --> 00:01:32.626
We launched the National Private Practice Physician Day.

00:01:32.626 --> 00:01:37.606
So many things have happened, and so you know, this event was our best one.

00:01:37.606 --> 00:01:40.593
We had, you know, doctors flying from all over the country.

00:01:40.593 --> 00:01:43.183
We had doctors flying from the Bahamas.

00:01:43.183 --> 00:01:45.027
We had four doctors come from the Bahamas.

00:01:45.027 --> 00:01:46.588
It was just so magical.

00:01:47.329 --> 00:02:00.471
And I want to take you behind the scenes because, as always with an event, I take a moment to debrief and I wrote out 25 things that happened at the event that I was really grateful for.

00:02:00.471 --> 00:02:17.281
But today what I want to share with you is seven business and life lessons that I learned from hosting EntreeMD Live and, while you may not be looking to do an event, these are really business lessons and life lessons that would matter irrespective of the type of business you're running and the projects that you have.

00:02:17.281 --> 00:02:22.020
So I really want you to lean into this as I pull the curtain back a little, so let me give you seven lessons.

00:02:22.020 --> 00:02:32.756
Okay, the very first lesson is this the very first lesson I learned is that people can change dramatically and irreparably in six hours.

00:02:32.756 --> 00:02:35.245
It can be transformed in six hours.

00:02:35.245 --> 00:02:41.461
So I remember now this event was 10 AM to 4 PM, even though many people didn't leave till 6 PM.

00:02:41.461 --> 00:02:50.582
They were networking and doing all of that, including the introverts, but it was amazing to see people come in one way and from this stage, I could see light bulbs go off.

00:02:50.582 --> 00:02:52.548
I can see in conversation.

00:02:52.548 --> 00:02:57.826
I could see light bulbs go off and all of this, and it was just amazing to see, and I'll tell you why.

00:02:57.826 --> 00:02:59.671
This is a very powerful lesson in a second.

00:03:00.240 --> 00:03:02.348
And so you know what people need.

00:03:02.348 --> 00:03:11.600
What people need is an environment where they're challenged, where the status quo is challenged, where they have pictures of a preferred future put in front of them.

00:03:11.600 --> 00:03:19.241
They have people who are that preferred future in the room with them and you'll find that people we're really like Play-Doh.

00:03:19.241 --> 00:03:20.365
We're really like Play-Doh.

00:03:20.365 --> 00:03:21.748
We can start off one way and we can become a different way.

00:03:21.748 --> 00:03:23.092
And so there is this thing that's ingrained in us in aoh.

00:03:23.092 --> 00:03:23.715
We're really like Play-Doh.

00:03:23.715 --> 00:03:25.881
We can start off one way and we can become a different way.

00:03:25.980 --> 00:03:28.627
And so there is this thing that's ingrained in us.

00:03:28.627 --> 00:03:36.862
In a way, we're physicians, I am the way I am, and if there's something I can't do, I'm never going to be able to do it, and if there's a way I don't think, or if there's a life I don't have, I can't have it.

00:03:36.862 --> 00:03:37.584
I can't think that way.

00:03:37.584 --> 00:03:38.344
We're literally like Plato.

00:03:38.344 --> 00:03:49.568
And so I had a doctor walk up to me and he said to me he said, dr Una, I want to thank you.

00:03:49.568 --> 00:03:55.168
I want to thank you for opening my eyes to possibilities that I didn't even know existed.

00:03:55.168 --> 00:03:58.741
He said I had a practice before I had to shut it down.

00:03:58.921 --> 00:04:09.570
I went back to work because I had bills to pay and all of that stuff and I've been toying with the idea of restarting my practice and now I know, oh my goodness, I can start it, I can thrive at it.

00:04:09.570 --> 00:04:19.583
And I'd had this whole mindset of I'm going to stay and I'm going to hustle and grind and even if I have to give up nights and weekends and all of those things, it will be worth it in the end, the sacrificial way we do things.

00:04:19.583 --> 00:04:21.706
And of course he understands he has to work hard.

00:04:21.706 --> 00:04:32.403
I understand that he has to work hard, but, oh my goodness, he can do that and have a dream life, right, like you can do it in a way where he has a dream life and he's like I just realized I don't have to give up my life to do this, I can still have a life.

00:04:32.403 --> 00:04:35.612
And all of that all in six hours, all in six hours.

00:04:35.612 --> 00:04:45.214
And so I could see that go, like I could tell you story after story and the transformation that they experienced in that six hour period.

00:04:45.639 --> 00:04:51.380
And so what this means and with each lesson I'm going to tell you what that means, what that meant for me, what it should mean for you, what it could mean for you and for me.

00:04:51.380 --> 00:04:56.052
What it meant is we can change so radically in such a short period of time.

00:04:56.052 --> 00:05:11.427
So my job is to constantly reject the status quo and constantly reject that the way I am, you know, that's all there is, and to constantly put myself in rooms that facilitate that transformation.

00:05:11.427 --> 00:05:18.194
Okay, so I would love for you to walk away from this episode thinking I can change, I can change, like in a day, I can change.

00:05:18.194 --> 00:05:19.197
In a day I can change.

00:05:19.197 --> 00:05:21.528
So the things I've accepted as well.

00:05:21.528 --> 00:05:22.694
I guess that's just the way it is.

00:05:22.694 --> 00:05:24.721
Now my job is to reject those things.

00:05:24.721 --> 00:05:32.473
Now your job is to reject those things and constantly ask yourself what is the room that will facilitate my radical transformation?

00:05:32.473 --> 00:05:37.350
What is the room that will put me in a position where, every six hour block, I'm different, right?

00:05:37.350 --> 00:05:40.379
So that's the first lesson that I learned.

00:05:40.379 --> 00:05:44.894
The second lesson I learned is that a rockstar team is the secret.

00:05:44.894 --> 00:05:50.047
Right Is the secret to massive impact and time freedom.

00:05:50.047 --> 00:05:51.389
Okay Now.

00:05:51.490 --> 00:06:04.045
So I want to give a big shout out to a number of people because this EntreeMD Live now, usually when I do EntreeMD Live, I'm speaking for most of the six hours and I mean, I've done three day events where I spoke with the entire time.

00:06:04.045 --> 00:06:11.824
So it's not, you know, it's not, it's not a problem for me, but this time it was very fascinating because we used a team approach.

00:06:11.824 --> 00:06:15.029
I had Namdi Chinnamen.

00:06:15.029 --> 00:06:20.105
We've had him on the podcast and if you missed his episode on AI and all of that stuff, you want to catch that.

00:06:20.105 --> 00:06:31.149
But he was our, you know, he was a guest speaker and he did a session on AI how to leverage AI to build a $250,000 team for $20, right and so he did that session.

00:06:31.149 --> 00:06:40.180
He also did a session on how to, you know, grow and scale your private practice leveraging data right and so I had him do some sessions.

00:06:40.180 --> 00:06:51.389
I had Dr Toomer, catherine Toomer, she did a session for the DPC docs, the cash-based clinic, like how to master the cash-based model, which, again, is something that she's done.

00:06:51.480 --> 00:06:55.872
It's her bread and butter as far as cash-based practices go.

00:06:55.872 --> 00:07:01.333
And then Dr Foley, who is a urogynecologist, who is a true entrepreneur.

00:07:01.333 --> 00:07:03.788
He hosted the session with the entrepreneurs.

00:07:03.788 --> 00:07:05.165
It was so amazing.

00:07:05.165 --> 00:07:14.627
Then Makeda, who has done millions of dollars in sales, had hosted the session for the coaches, showing them how to sell, right, and so all of these things were happening.

00:07:14.627 --> 00:07:15.992
Now guess what that meant for me?

00:07:15.992 --> 00:07:17.322
And then we had Dr Beckford.

00:07:17.322 --> 00:07:25.949
Dr Beckford hosted the success panel, the case studies where we looked at physician entrepreneurs and the results they've created that have been in the entrepreneur business school, and all of that.

00:07:26.571 --> 00:07:30.685
And so, for the first time, we had an event where it was six hours.

00:07:30.685 --> 00:07:40.182
It was high level, it was our best one yet, and I spoke for two hours, right, and you may be listening to this and you're a private practice owner, right?

00:07:40.182 --> 00:07:41.403
What does that mean for you?

00:07:41.403 --> 00:07:46.153
If you leverage your team properly, the things that take you 10 hours, could they take you five hours.

00:07:46.153 --> 00:07:48.223
Could they take you six hours?

00:07:48.223 --> 00:07:51.500
Could they take you four hours if you leverage your team, right?

00:07:51.901 --> 00:08:06.173
And so, so they did such a phenomenal job, and I was walking around and looking at it and just being in awe of all the things my people are doing, and not only that, it wasn't even just in the programming, but I never saw the lobby.

00:08:06.173 --> 00:08:08.345
They set it up, they tore it down.

00:08:08.345 --> 00:08:10.391
I came in through the back and came into the green room.

00:08:10.391 --> 00:08:19.091
So I never saw the lobby, but everything was set up, the number of people who walked up to me and it's like, oh my goodness, the way we were greeted, the way we were welcomed and all of those things.

00:08:19.091 --> 00:08:21.404
It was a team of volunteers who did that.

00:08:21.805 --> 00:08:26.644
I didn't know anything about the food, I didn't know anything about how they were setting up the breakup rooms.

00:08:26.644 --> 00:08:40.432
I didn't know like I was ignorant about a ton of stuff, except the stuff that I needed to do, and so I want you to think about it where we had the biggest impact and I did it in the least amount of time, right, and what was the key to that?

00:08:40.432 --> 00:08:42.102
It was a rockstar team, right?

00:08:42.102 --> 00:08:42.865
That's what that was.

00:08:42.865 --> 00:08:45.072
And so what does that mean for me?

00:08:45.072 --> 00:08:46.104
What does that mean for you?

00:08:46.104 --> 00:08:47.107
What's the lesson here?

00:08:47.107 --> 00:08:50.741
The lesson here is that I will continue to do the work.

00:08:50.741 --> 00:08:54.552
Right, I will continue to do the work, or what's my conclusion?

00:08:54.552 --> 00:08:58.033
More like, I will continue to do the work of building a rockstar team.

00:08:58.033 --> 00:09:07.212
It is work to build a rockstar team, but your rockstar team is the only pathway to massive impact and freedom, right?

00:09:07.212 --> 00:09:10.446
Okay, amazing, big shout out to all the volunteers and stuff like that.

00:09:10.446 --> 00:09:12.760
It was so amazing, all right, so that's lesson number two.

00:09:13.062 --> 00:09:13.783
Lesson number three.

00:09:13.783 --> 00:09:23.019
I have this rule that I function by and it's 80% marketing, and when I say that's more marketing and sales, but it's 80% marketing, 20% creation Okay, and the lesson?

00:09:23.019 --> 00:09:24.839
The third lesson is that rule works the 80% marketing and 20% creation.

00:09:24.839 --> 00:09:25.033
Okay, and the lesson?

00:09:25.033 --> 00:09:28.265
The third lesson is that rule works the 80% marketing and 20% creation rule works.

00:09:28.265 --> 00:09:31.113
Now let me give you a little bit of context here.

00:09:31.460 --> 00:09:35.249
As entrepreneurs, one of the things we love to do is we love to create.

00:09:35.249 --> 00:09:37.542
Entrepreneurs love to create.

00:09:37.542 --> 00:09:41.561
Oh, I have this new product, this new vertical, this new landing page, this new, all of that stuff.

00:09:41.561 --> 00:09:44.706
Guess what Most entrepreneurs also do not like to do?

00:09:44.706 --> 00:09:47.652
They don't like to sell, they don't like to market and all of those things.

00:09:47.652 --> 00:09:49.461
So they fall in love with their product.

00:09:49.461 --> 00:09:55.221
They spend forever creating the product and then nobody uses it because they did not take the time to sell it.

00:09:55.221 --> 00:10:02.443
And we have this deeply engraved deceptive thought that if our product is good, it will sell itself.

00:10:02.443 --> 00:10:03.748
And it is not true.

00:10:03.748 --> 00:10:05.091
It has never been true.

00:10:05.091 --> 00:10:06.201
It is not true.

00:10:06.201 --> 00:10:08.645
Save yourself from the deception.

00:10:08.645 --> 00:10:09.807
It is not true.

00:10:09.807 --> 00:10:16.509
A great product will still need to be sold, greatly right, if it's going to get into the hands of a lot of people.

00:10:16.509 --> 00:10:18.312
Selling is required.

00:10:18.312 --> 00:10:21.543
You don't make a good product and it makes up for no selling.

00:10:21.543 --> 00:10:25.168
The same way, you don't work out and it would make up for your crazy diet.

00:10:25.168 --> 00:10:28.832
Like it doesn't work that way, right, like you have to do both, okay.

00:10:28.832 --> 00:10:31.035
So for us we did.

00:10:31.259 --> 00:10:43.188
This was a little unique because usually for the past six years or so I'm trying to be, live has been primarily virtual, right, like primarily virtual, and things like that.

00:10:43.188 --> 00:10:57.105
Last year was the first year that we said, okay, you know, since I'm going to record it, I don't want to record in my office, I use my office all the time Let me just record it like a studio recording, right, so it's in a different space, different energy, all of those things.

00:10:57.105 --> 00:11:03.770
And then, after I made that decision, I was like, wait, that would be weird, being in a really large auditorium with the great screens and all of that stuff.

00:11:03.770 --> 00:11:06.724
I was like, why don't I get a viewing audience?

00:11:06.724 --> 00:11:09.750
Okay, so it was like a hybrid of sorts, but it was primarily virtual.

00:11:09.750 --> 00:11:11.363
And there are some people who came into the room.

00:11:11.524 --> 00:11:28.285
Now this year is the first year where, like in-person only, and the reason for that decision is, you know, for me, I do a lot of workshops, I do a lot of virtual things, and I said, you know EntreMD Live, if a doctor will attend it and allow it, it can change their lives forever.

00:11:28.285 --> 00:11:34.171
But there's a tendency to treat it like, oh yeah, it's one of Dr Una's workshops, or whatever I'll catch, I'll get the recording, I'll get the replay.

00:11:34.171 --> 00:11:40.508
And I know, like my goodness, if you're in the room and you get the content, you get the networking, you get all of these things, you will be different.

00:11:40.508 --> 00:11:44.883
Like I know this, like Like I know it.

00:11:44.883 --> 00:11:57.982
And so I had to make the decision like, do I want to help people by repositioning the way they think about EntreMD Live so they can get the most out of it, or do I want to just continue doing what I'm doing?

00:11:57.982 --> 00:12:04.885
And so I made the decision that it was going to be in-person only, and I guess, as a sidebar, that's also for you.

00:12:04.946 --> 00:12:12.631
Like there will come times in your business where you need to do things in a different way from the way you've always done it, and it requires some courage, right?

00:12:12.631 --> 00:12:14.124
Because what if it doesn't work?

00:12:14.124 --> 00:12:15.427
What if you get the people you want?

00:12:15.427 --> 00:12:33.801
Blah, blah, blah, all of those things, right, okay, so we made this decision and a lot of people, a great, a good number of people, assumed that I was a sales ploy and then, towards the end, I would then open up virtual tickets and I'm like no, like, really it's an in-person experience because I want you to get the networking.

00:12:33.801 --> 00:12:41.750
For instance, ultramd Live, the average revenue of the physicians in the room, as far as business revenue, was $575,000.

00:12:41.750 --> 00:12:43.697
I want you to be in that room.

00:12:43.697 --> 00:12:45.741
I want you to experience the people in that room.

00:12:45.741 --> 00:12:47.065
I want you to hear the way they think.

00:12:47.065 --> 00:12:48.568
I want you to see the way they're living.

00:12:48.568 --> 00:12:52.346
I want you to see all of that I want you to experience, I want you to grow your network, all of those things.

00:12:52.346 --> 00:12:53.669
You're not going to do that virtually.

00:12:54.000 --> 00:13:02.985
And we also had a number of projects and I knew, right, like I knew, we had a number of projects and we had a number of, you know, workshops that we did that were almost a monthly.

00:13:02.985 --> 00:13:08.114
We had all these things happening, like in the months leading up to Entremdy Live.

00:13:08.114 --> 00:13:16.283
So I knew that I had like, really, may May was the month to promote Entremdy Live, right, which is weird for an in-person event, right?

00:13:16.283 --> 00:13:18.347
Especially since most people would travel.

00:13:18.347 --> 00:13:23.768
So, anyway, but I knew, and so I knew we'd have to make up for it with even more marketing.

00:13:23.768 --> 00:13:34.533
And so we promoted, we marketed, we sold, we used different ways, we did social media, email text like the whole nine yards, the follow-up, everything, and we did a ton of that.

00:13:34.659 --> 00:13:37.326
Now does that mean we were sloppy in execution?

00:13:37.326 --> 00:13:42.967
Because 80% marketing, 20% content no, we were excellent in execution.

00:13:42.967 --> 00:13:45.616
Now we're not perfect in execution.

00:13:45.616 --> 00:13:46.418
We're excellent.

00:13:46.418 --> 00:13:49.346
Excellent means doing the absolute best with what you have available to you.

00:13:49.346 --> 00:13:50.828
At the time we were excellent.

00:13:50.828 --> 00:13:52.432
We left it all out there, okay.

00:13:52.432 --> 00:13:58.753
But we spent an extraordinary amount of time promoting the event, okay.

00:13:58.753 --> 00:14:07.366
And sometimes we do that for three days in a row and nobody will buy any tickets and then we'll keep going out day four, x number of people buy and all of those things.

00:14:07.366 --> 00:14:11.014
And so we ended up with 75 docs in the room.

00:14:11.014 --> 00:14:23.210
25 of them were VIP, and then you know 50, 50 of them were general admission, again, flying in from all over the country, and we actually had four doctors come from the Bahamas, okay.

00:14:23.210 --> 00:14:28.884
So really nice size room, people are able to connect and do all of those things, and we got what we wanted.

00:14:28.884 --> 00:14:29.788
Okay, so marketing.

00:14:29.860 --> 00:14:36.006
So, whatever your product is, whatever your services, whatever it is that you do, I want to invite you to start thinking this way.

00:14:36.006 --> 00:14:45.910
Okay, when you decide, oh, I want to start a new line of something, okay, so we had there was a doctor who recently said, oh, you know, I want to start a skincare line and all this stuff.

00:14:45.910 --> 00:14:47.013
Do you think it would work?

00:14:47.013 --> 00:14:48.696
And my answer is really simple.

00:14:48.696 --> 00:15:06.429
I was like if you're willing to start a business, if you're willing to treat this as a business, not something you're excited to create, which means you understand that it will be 80% marketing and 20% creation and it could work but if you're going to create it because you're excited to create it and the world needs it, nobody's going to buy it.

00:15:06.429 --> 00:15:07.011
Nobody's going to create it.

00:15:07.011 --> 00:15:08.758
Because you're excited to create it and the world needs it, nobody's going to buy it.

00:15:08.758 --> 00:15:09.340
Nobody's going to buy it.

00:15:09.340 --> 00:15:17.947
And I've seen so many businesses go out of businesses because the entrepreneur in charge is in resistance and does not believe they need to do the work to market.

00:15:17.947 --> 00:15:18.708
It never works.

00:15:18.708 --> 00:15:20.451
Okay, all right.

00:15:20.451 --> 00:15:21.053
So that's number three.

00:15:21.441 --> 00:15:28.693
Number four the fourth lesson I learned is that you never truly know the impact of your work.

00:15:28.693 --> 00:15:34.847
If you are a content creator right Now, this is for every entrepreneur, but I wanna put the content creation part front and center.

00:15:34.847 --> 00:15:41.028
If you're a content creator, you'll never really know, and when I say content creation, I'm talking about transformational content.

00:15:41.028 --> 00:15:44.046
For instance, I don't show up on social media because I'm a content creator.

00:15:44.046 --> 00:15:59.515
I come on social media because I need to reach 100,000 physicians and I need to give them whatever it is I need to give them so that they can build profitable businesses and live life on practice medicine on their terms, so that they, in turn, will turn the rest of the physician community right side up Right.

00:15:59.515 --> 00:16:02.287
And so I look like a content creator.

00:16:02.287 --> 00:16:07.927
But I'm not a content creator, I'm not an influencer, I'm a disruptor, right, and so I'm not confused about that.

00:16:07.927 --> 00:16:09.879
But you will never really know, okay.

00:16:09.879 --> 00:16:10.985
So I wrote down a few things.

00:16:10.985 --> 00:16:13.148
I won't forget them because there are a number of things you know.

00:16:13.188 --> 00:16:19.804
People said many people walked up to me that like, oh my goodness, I listened to your podcast and I had the courage to start my business.

00:16:19.804 --> 00:16:22.825
So I walked up to me this is Dr Christine Parker.

00:16:22.825 --> 00:16:28.100
Big shout out to you, to you.

00:16:28.100 --> 00:16:31.192
She's in the Bahamas and she's like I read your book and I got the courage to write my own book, right.

00:16:31.192 --> 00:16:42.447
Someone else walked up to me and said when I see you on social media as a physician, as a female African-American physician, showing up dominating on social media, dominating on stage, it lets me know that I can do that.

00:16:42.447 --> 00:16:43.850
There are people who are.

00:16:43.850 --> 00:16:52.254
There's someone else who is like I've seen your clients, I've seen the doctors in the entrepreneur business school killing it, and they're proof to me that I can kill it too.

00:16:52.254 --> 00:16:53.261
And this doctor is actually.

00:16:53.261 --> 00:16:56.571
I'm coming into the school as well because I've watched it from afar.

00:16:57.380 --> 00:17:14.632
And so now, and so many other people are like you know, thank you for talking about not only building businesses that are doing well, but doing it and building our dream lives, and so because of that, as a mother, I'm able to enjoy my family relationships, have time for my family, have time for myself while doing the work of building this business and stuff like that.

00:17:14.632 --> 00:17:19.010
And these are people I've never before then I had never directly spoken to.

00:17:19.010 --> 00:17:23.131
These are people that I didn't necessarily know, many of them, and things like that.

00:17:23.131 --> 00:17:31.467
But look at the impact right, there's all this impact because I have been putting content out there and serving people and doing all these things.

00:17:31.467 --> 00:17:40.983
And so I say that to say, sometimes, when you're creating content on social media or you're recording for YouTube or you're doing all these guest interviews, you may think it's not working.

00:17:40.983 --> 00:17:42.146
All work works.

00:17:42.146 --> 00:17:50.772
All work works right, and so you don't know whose life out there is being changed and you don't know how many lives they are going on to change and all of those things.

00:17:50.772 --> 00:18:04.096
And so for me, you know, what I walked away from this with is just this concept of constantly and relentlessly doing the work that I need to do to accomplish my mission.

00:18:04.096 --> 00:18:13.787
So, whether it seems like it's working or not, now, that doesn't mean I don't optimize, I don't ask questions and all of those things, but I don't get bent out of shape because all work works.

00:18:13.787 --> 00:18:14.308
It's always working Right.

00:18:14.308 --> 00:18:15.393
So that was very powerful for me.

00:18:15.393 --> 00:18:19.847
So your content you have no idea what it's doing, so keep doing it, keep doing it, okay.

00:18:20.368 --> 00:18:34.904
Number five this one was a lot of fun, and number five is giving your kids portable wealth is important, okay, so there's this concept that I learned early on, that you know when you're leaving a legacy, when you're leaving an inheritance, for instance, for your kids or family members.

00:18:34.904 --> 00:18:35.888
You know whoever that is.

00:18:35.888 --> 00:18:48.530
You can give them the dollars, or you can give them the thing that created the dollars, or you can give them the best of both worlds and give them both, but the thing that created the doll is that's called portable wealth.

00:18:48.530 --> 00:19:04.200
So, for instance, in my case, I can give my children houses, I can give them investment funds, I can give them all kinds of things, or and I can give them the things that created those things, right, like so skills that can be monetized.

00:19:04.200 --> 00:19:20.457
So skills like speaking, skills like selling, skills like creating content all of these things are things that I can give my children, understanding that it's not the fruit, it's not money, but it's the tree that produces the fruit, and so it's so important to do that.

00:19:20.599 --> 00:19:35.107
So for my daughter my first daughter, cheta, who is 17, I decided that this year I wanted her to master speaking, master selling and master building collaborative relationships right, so that's part of her business curriculum.

00:19:35.107 --> 00:19:41.211
That's what I wanted her to learn, and so one of the things we did is I had her start going live every week.

00:19:41.211 --> 00:19:44.884
She started off in the EntreMD Facebook group and then, after a number of weeks.

00:19:44.884 --> 00:19:47.053
I started having her do it on my personal page and on our YouTube channel and you can go check any of these.

00:19:47.053 --> 00:19:53.628
I started having her do it on my personal page and on our YouTube channel and you can go check any of these so you can see her interviews, you can share it with your kids, whichever right.

00:19:53.628 --> 00:19:56.380
So she's been doing these things right.

00:19:56.559 --> 00:20:09.125
So the origin of it is, you know, I said I have had some fears and you know things that I consider disadvantages and things I was terrified of doing, and I'm like it's going to be one per household.

00:20:09.125 --> 00:20:11.151
I'm going to make sure my kids don't have those fears.

00:20:11.151 --> 00:20:26.566
So I started putting her on stages when she was nine and my thought process was you know, before you even realize that you should be afraid of being on a stage or public speaking, the fear of public speaking is the number one phobia of adults everywhere in the world.

00:20:26.566 --> 00:20:32.855
By the time you realize that you already be so used to being on stage, they'd be like huh, who would have thunk it Right.

00:20:32.855 --> 00:20:34.844
So that was kind of my, that was my thought process.

00:20:35.566 --> 00:20:41.044
And so the day before on Trinity live, so in the afternoon, right Friday afternoon, I woke up to her.

00:20:41.044 --> 00:20:44.288
I'm like, oh, you're doing my introduction tomorrow at on Trinity life.

00:20:44.288 --> 00:20:55.359
She's like, oh, okay, well, so I'm not the kind of mom you say I don't want to, right.

00:20:55.359 --> 00:20:59.392
So I told her that she's like, oh, okay, and I didn't give her a framework, I didn't give her anything, I just said that's what you're doing.

00:20:59.392 --> 00:21:03.623
And so when it was time to go up, we had, you know, makita came and kind of welcomed everybody.

00:21:03.623 --> 00:21:05.144
I had them look at a video.

00:21:05.144 --> 00:21:08.888
We had this video that played like a mini documentary or so for about nine minutes.

00:21:09.650 --> 00:21:23.182
And then she gets up on stage and oh, my goodness, it was so powerful, it was so good, it was inspiring and it was funny and it was down to earth and she took the crowd along and she, I mean, it was really good.

00:21:23.182 --> 00:21:28.453
I'm not going to spoil it any more than that, I'll let you see it, but it was so good In that moment.

00:21:28.453 --> 00:21:29.561
I just remember sitting.

00:21:29.561 --> 00:21:48.814
I was like my goodness, here she is on a stage talking to 75 doctors who flew in from all over the country and from outside the country, and she's just comfortable in her skin, like I wasn't even like that in my thirties, right, comfortable in her skin, owning the stage and all of those things.

00:21:49.160 --> 00:21:52.488
In that moment I just thought, man, portable wealth is important.

00:21:52.488 --> 00:21:55.242
That's a skill nobody can take away from her.

00:21:55.242 --> 00:21:58.529
She can use that and monetize it and do all kinds of things right?

00:21:58.529 --> 00:22:00.863
And so I started thinking about it.

00:22:00.863 --> 00:22:04.400
I said, okay, what are the things that made it possible for her to do that?

00:22:04.400 --> 00:22:05.501
And one is the reps.

00:22:05.501 --> 00:22:08.066
Right, she's been going live every week for six months.

00:22:08.066 --> 00:22:12.413
Well, for five months, every single week, and initially they were solo.

00:22:12.413 --> 00:22:19.968
And then after a while, I flipped it right, because one of the things were those collaborative relationships.

00:22:19.968 --> 00:22:33.583
And so then I had her start interviewing the doctors in the Ontario MD Business School and so, when I thought about it, her on stage, while she's doing what she does, which is speaking, she's talking to people she talks to anyway, because she does these interviews every week and all of these things, and it's like this is just magical.

00:22:34.064 --> 00:22:39.951
And so sometimes, as an entrepreneur, you're like, am I stealing away from time that I could spend with my kids and all of those things?

00:22:39.951 --> 00:22:43.082
My solution to that was to bring my kids into my business.

00:22:43.082 --> 00:23:05.988
So we're having quality time when I'm in the business and we're having quality time outside of the business and I have an opportunity to mentor them and teach them the things that I know Right, and so you know, for me that was a really powerful lesson, and you know what I walked away from that with is I need to influence even more for them to put in reps, like whatever it is that we're like, oh, we want them to be able to do this.

00:23:05.988 --> 00:23:08.921
We need to set the stage more for them to put in reps, like whatever it is that we're like, oh, we want them to be able to do this.

00:23:08.921 --> 00:23:12.087
We need to set the stage for them to be able to put in reps.

00:23:12.087 --> 00:23:13.451
Okay, number six.

00:23:13.451 --> 00:23:16.324
Number six is a little mushy one, and that's this.

00:23:16.324 --> 00:23:19.913
Being poured into is a blessing, being poured into is a blessing.

00:23:19.960 --> 00:23:27.892
There are a few things that happened during the events that made me say, man, I need to look into this more and I need to be okay with receiving this and giving this more.

00:23:27.892 --> 00:23:28.272
Okay.

00:23:28.272 --> 00:23:29.134
So a number of things.

00:23:29.134 --> 00:23:37.191
I had two of my friends, their clients, the start office clients, and we're friends Dr Chia Ghazi of Savvy Docs and Dr Latifahed of MoneyFitMD.

00:23:37.191 --> 00:23:38.113
So big shout out to you.

00:23:38.113 --> 00:23:52.345
They're probably going to kill me that I put them on blast, but anyway, and you know so, they flew in from New York and California, you know.

00:23:52.345 --> 00:23:55.515
I know they know like EntreeMD will be high value and the execution of it will be inspiring and all of those things I know.

00:23:55.515 --> 00:23:59.067
But I also know, I suspect, that the bigger reason why they came was to support me.

00:23:59.067 --> 00:24:05.665
You know, the bigger reason why they came was to be there for me and you know I really appreciated that Right.

00:24:05.665 --> 00:24:10.273
And they came and I mean they got gifts for me and for my kids and for my mom.

00:24:10.273 --> 00:24:14.529
You know what I mean and it was just really nice to be seen.

00:24:14.529 --> 00:24:15.251
You know what I mean.

00:24:15.519 --> 00:24:19.490
I had another doctor, dr Amaka Namani big shout out to her.

00:24:19.490 --> 00:24:23.490
And you know she came and she got me a bag of gifts and stuff like that.

00:24:23.490 --> 00:24:27.122
And her mom had an outfit like made for me, right Like.

00:24:27.122 --> 00:24:30.423
And her mom had an outfit like made for me, right Like, one of these, you know, african caftan like things so cute.

00:24:30.423 --> 00:24:35.807
I wore it to church the next day and she's like here, you know she got this for me and it's her mom that got it for me and stuff like that.

00:24:35.807 --> 00:24:38.528
And I was like, oh, my goodness, that is so wild, you know.

00:24:39.309 --> 00:24:41.131
And then I had Dr Crystal Nelson.

00:24:41.131 --> 00:24:43.372
She's an amazing rockstar doc.

00:24:43.372 --> 00:24:46.433
She's a psychiatrist here in Georgia.

00:24:46.433 --> 00:24:53.057
She's an alumni of the EntreMD Business School and it's so fun, you know, because I think at the time I'm recording this she's on vacation in Hawaii.

00:24:53.057 --> 00:24:55.588
She's like Dr Una, the things you talk about they work.

00:24:55.588 --> 00:25:00.961
Like I'm about to go away for two weeks and my practice is going to be running perfectly fine without me, right, and stuff like that.

00:25:00.961 --> 00:25:04.445
But she walked up to me and she said something so, so, so powerful.

00:25:04.445 --> 00:25:12.424
And she said Dr Una, you say this to people all the time, all the time, and I think you should hear it for you.

00:25:12.424 --> 00:25:16.314
And she says I am so proud of you.

00:25:17.356 --> 00:25:30.712
And, to put this in context, when I did my first business event so this is pre-EntreeMD I did, I think it's I called it Live your Dreams, the Live your Dreams Conference, and this was before we launched EntreeMD.

00:25:30.712 --> 00:25:47.345
And she came for that event, right, and it was for all entrepreneurs I had not niched down to just physicians at this point right, and she's like for you to have an idea and take the idea and execute on it relentlessly until you build it into this.

00:25:47.345 --> 00:25:51.133
This is amazing and I'm so proud of you.

00:25:51.133 --> 00:25:55.902
She's like I'm sure there were challenges, I'm sure there were headaches with this, but you're doing it.

00:25:55.902 --> 00:25:57.204
And again, that was.

00:25:57.204 --> 00:25:58.709
It was just really nice.

00:25:58.709 --> 00:26:02.163
It was really nice to be the recipient of that.

00:26:02.163 --> 00:26:03.768
And, dr Nelson, thank you.

00:26:03.768 --> 00:26:04.589
I said thank you there.

00:26:04.589 --> 00:26:05.491
I say thank you again.

00:26:05.640 --> 00:26:11.421
And then Dr Christine she's one of the doctors who came from the Bahamas and she wrote a book and she gave me a signed copy of the book.

00:26:11.421 --> 00:26:13.846
It's on my nightstand and stuff like that.

00:26:13.846 --> 00:26:16.232
And she's like you're the inspiration.

00:26:16.232 --> 00:26:22.528
And I don't mean like I'm the only reason she wrote a book or whatever, but something about it was inspiring.

00:26:22.528 --> 00:26:24.491
And I had another friend, dr Myosha.

00:26:24.491 --> 00:26:31.969
Okay, so fun fact, she's not a doctor, but she's on my email list and she's like I love your emails because they're like Dr Myosha, I just love it.

00:26:32.101 --> 00:26:33.497
But she's a tech genius.

00:26:33.497 --> 00:26:37.651
Okay, she owns a tech firm and she does government contracts and all this kind of stuff.

00:26:37.651 --> 00:26:39.306
She's like hey, how are you doing all this stuff?

00:26:39.306 --> 00:26:40.605
I'm like great, I'm gearing up for my.

00:26:40.605 --> 00:26:45.903
Oh, entreemd Live is going to be amazing.

00:26:45.903 --> 00:26:47.606
I might just fly down to Georgia.

00:26:47.606 --> 00:26:50.221
I'm like don't tempt me, that's not a temptation, I'm going to resist.

00:26:50.221 --> 00:26:53.858
And she says no, no, I'm serious, I'm like I'm on the United app right now.

00:26:53.858 --> 00:26:56.586
She bought a ticket and she came down and all of that stuff.

00:26:56.586 --> 00:26:57.395
It was just nice.

00:26:57.395 --> 00:27:10.138
It was just nice and it just kind of made me lean into this whole concept of we're people and we're relational beings and we need people and people need us, and the world is so much better with relationships in them.

00:27:10.760 --> 00:27:33.657
And so the commitment I walked away with after looking at that lesson was I'm going to be more intentional about pouring into people and I'm going to allow myself be more open to receiving that Like usually I'd brush it off or not, you know, not make it a thing or whatever, but it's there for a reason, you know, and so so I want to challenge you with the same thing.

00:27:33.657 --> 00:27:36.506
If you notice, I started with poor and then receive right.

00:27:36.506 --> 00:27:41.006
Just start seeing people, and maybe there are people who've supported you in the past.

00:27:41.006 --> 00:27:41.287
You know.

00:27:41.287 --> 00:27:45.461
Send them a thank you card or send them a text or whatever.

00:27:45.461 --> 00:27:47.547
Somebody inspired you to do something.

00:27:47.547 --> 00:27:48.828
Share that thing with them.

00:27:48.828 --> 00:27:52.022
You know, somebody was there when it was a dark time for you.

00:27:52.022 --> 00:27:52.796
You know.

00:27:52.796 --> 00:27:54.020
Go back and thank them.

00:27:54.020 --> 00:27:56.723
Maybe you have team members, whatever it is you know.

00:27:56.914 --> 00:28:04.606
And then also, when somebody's trying to pour into you, don't stop them, don't brush it off like, sit in it and receive it.

00:28:04.606 --> 00:28:07.864
It's a good thing and we need that right.

00:28:07.864 --> 00:28:24.934
We need that, okay, all right, so that's the mushy one, it's what we need and you know, like with the Entree and Be Business School, one of the things I'm proudest of is the community that we've built, and it's a community where it's collaboration over competition and so people can pour into each other.

00:28:24.934 --> 00:28:31.779
They can give and receive that from people who are pushing their lives forward and building their dream businesses while building their dream lives.

00:28:31.779 --> 00:28:34.863
It brings multiplication to your life.

00:28:34.863 --> 00:28:38.664
It helps you navigate storms better because you have the support.

00:28:38.664 --> 00:28:40.787
It helps you dream bigger.

00:28:40.787 --> 00:28:41.567
It gives you.

00:28:41.567 --> 00:28:45.049
Sometimes it's the gas you needed to keep going.

00:28:46.030 --> 00:28:56.502
I remember when I started my private practice and I was probably a few weeks in and wondering what I had done and if this was a mistake, because I didn't have any patients, because I hung the shingle and thought they would come.

00:28:56.502 --> 00:29:03.166
And I remember Dr Strobov he's a pediatric surgeon in Georgia and I remember him walking into my office.

00:29:03.166 --> 00:29:05.701
I was like oh, my goodness, wow, you started a practice.

00:29:05.701 --> 00:29:09.391
You must have a lot of guts, because it is so hard to be a private practice owner these days.

00:29:09.391 --> 00:29:11.936
And like imagine this conversation in 2010,.

00:29:11.936 --> 00:29:12.198
Right.

00:29:12.198 --> 00:29:16.086
And then, after saying all those things, he said well, this is the thing.

00:29:16.106 --> 00:29:18.760
When I started my private practice, I was scared spitless.

00:29:18.760 --> 00:29:21.536
I didn't think it would work and all of those things, right.

00:29:21.536 --> 00:29:26.165
And just imagine hearing that from a surgeon who's a very well-established surgeon, like at the time, right.

00:29:26.165 --> 00:29:30.345
And he's like but hang in there, this is going to work.

00:29:30.345 --> 00:29:31.691
Just hang in there.

00:29:31.691 --> 00:29:33.537
It's scary in the beginning, but this is going to work.

00:29:33.537 --> 00:29:45.387
What he didn't know is how discouraged I was when he walked in, and today I'm like God must have sent him An angel, must have ordered his footsteps to my office.

00:29:45.387 --> 00:29:51.008
He's an angel, like, it's something, because that was the fire that I needed to keep going, right.

00:29:51.008 --> 00:29:54.665
And so your words of encouragement, don't treat those casually.

00:29:54.665 --> 00:29:55.817
They're people who need them.

00:29:55.817 --> 00:29:58.124
Like, pour into people and then receive it.

00:29:58.124 --> 00:29:59.166
Okay, all right.

00:29:59.275 --> 00:30:04.107
So number seven, the seventh lesson, is not selling is a disservice.

00:30:04.107 --> 00:30:06.102
Not selling is a disservice, right?

00:30:06.102 --> 00:30:14.961
You know, when I was younger, in as an entrepreneur, it was really hard for me to.

00:30:14.961 --> 00:30:17.011
You know, tell people of what I do and tell them to come work with me and tell them fill out this form.

00:30:17.011 --> 00:30:18.435
You know, swipe your card here and stuff like that.

00:30:18.435 --> 00:30:23.041
But Entremd Live was so magical and so beautiful.

00:30:23.041 --> 00:30:24.564
But I know it's a day.

00:30:24.564 --> 00:30:30.057
I know it's a day and I'm like, okay, what do we do to continue this momentum?

00:30:30.057 --> 00:30:32.767
What do we do to continue to implement on this?

00:30:32.767 --> 00:30:41.949
What do we do to put you in an environment where it is most likely that you'll succeed and I know what that is is the EntreMD Business School.

00:30:41.949 --> 00:30:46.000
And at this point, the EntreMD Business School is not we're not, we didn't.

00:30:46.000 --> 00:30:51.269
It's not a minimum viable product, it's not a thing where testing has been around for five years.

00:30:51.628 --> 00:30:58.519
It has helped tons of doctors build six figure, seven figure, multiple, seven figure businesses, helped the doctor get her first seven figure month.

00:30:58.519 --> 00:31:00.223
All of these things and the people.

00:31:00.223 --> 00:31:09.728
They are happier, they are able to navigate challenges better and they will tell you like every aspect of my life is getting better it's not just my business Like my life is getting better.

00:31:09.728 --> 00:31:14.221
My marriage is better, my relationship with my kids is better, my health is better, like all of these things.

00:31:14.221 --> 00:31:21.022
I know that right, I am proud of myself for not letting any limiting beliefs get in the way or whatever.

00:31:21.442 --> 00:31:42.455
And I, confidently and boldly, was like this is a container where you need to be If you are a doctor who wants to build a wildly successful business and you want to build a team that can build a business so you can get your time back and you want to live life on your terms and you want to make the least number of mistakes.

00:31:42.455 --> 00:31:46.580
Because the thing with you know people say ignorance is bliss, but it's not.

00:31:46.580 --> 00:32:03.537
Because the thing with you know people say ignorance is bliss but it's not right, it's expensive in business, right, for every mistake has, almost every mistake has financial implications and I'm like you can save a ton of money by coming here and investing in the Entrez Business School and staying here where you know you can get, you know the information you need and all of those things.

00:32:03.537 --> 00:32:13.101
And if I didn't sell, I would let them go home with EntreeMD Live with no support system for them to continue.

00:32:13.101 --> 00:32:21.326
Because I'm like, if you can change in six hours, what could happen if you're in a container for a year or two years or three years?

00:32:21.326 --> 00:32:23.259
Because the thing is this like?

00:32:23.259 --> 00:32:28.403
The EntreeMD Business School is almost five years old and there are people who've been in the Ontario Business School since the beginning.

00:32:28.403 --> 00:32:31.816
But this is the deal A number of them have gone from.

00:32:32.176 --> 00:32:34.722
I'm an employed physician, I've built my brand.

00:32:34.722 --> 00:32:35.805
I started to practice.

00:32:35.805 --> 00:32:36.928
I hit six figures.

00:32:36.928 --> 00:32:38.097
I had multiple six figures.

00:32:38.097 --> 00:32:39.340
I hit seven figures.

00:32:39.340 --> 00:32:40.683
I hit multiple seven figures.

00:32:40.683 --> 00:32:51.786
They've stayed in long and they just keep going because there's still progress to be had, there's still time to buy back, there's still team to build, there's still all these things to do, right.

00:32:51.786 --> 00:33:02.355
And so I know like six hours is powerful and anybody who takes even 30% of what we did and executes on that will have a brand new life in 90 days.

00:33:02.355 --> 00:33:04.019
Like brand new right.

00:33:04.520 --> 00:33:15.446
But then if you keep the level of transformation that happened at EntreMD Live and you continue that on a daily and weekly basis for months and years, then what happens?

00:33:15.446 --> 00:33:16.269
Right?

00:33:16.269 --> 00:33:21.094
I'm so proud of the doctors who said yes and who were coming to EntreMD Business School.

00:33:21.094 --> 00:33:25.733
They get to be in the first session in the EntreMD Business School with their classmates tomorrow.

00:33:25.733 --> 00:33:27.238
It's going to be so, so, so fun.

00:33:27.238 --> 00:33:28.980
I'm so proud of them, but anyway.

00:33:29.102 --> 00:33:34.398
So what does that mean for me, it is sell, sell, figure out right.

00:33:34.398 --> 00:33:38.576
This may be me telling you now, like figure out how to fall in love with selling.

00:33:38.576 --> 00:33:40.842
And how did I fall in love with selling?

00:33:40.842 --> 00:33:51.522
I fell in love with selling, with falling in love, or rather being hyper aware of what happens when people come into my container, like what happens when people come into the EntreeMD business school.

00:33:51.522 --> 00:33:53.836
I lean all the way into that.

00:33:53.836 --> 00:33:54.942
So it's not about me.

00:33:54.942 --> 00:33:56.630
It's not about me manipulating people.

00:33:56.630 --> 00:33:58.416
It's not about me taking advantage of people.

00:33:58.416 --> 00:33:59.902
It's not about me taking people's money.

00:33:59.902 --> 00:34:01.026
It's not about any of that.

00:34:01.026 --> 00:34:02.978
It's about my goodness.

00:34:03.439 --> 00:34:04.500
They can launch a business.

00:34:04.500 --> 00:34:05.722
They can grow a business.

00:34:05.722 --> 00:34:07.065
They can scale a business.

00:34:07.065 --> 00:34:08.286
They can build a team.

00:34:08.286 --> 00:34:11.974
They can build a team that ultimately can run the business without them.

00:34:11.974 --> 00:34:15.362
They're setting themselves up to be able to exit their businesses If they want.

00:34:15.362 --> 00:34:19.402
They have their dream life back and because they have their time back, you can focus on their health.

00:34:19.402 --> 00:34:20.735
They can focus on their marriages.

00:34:20.735 --> 00:34:21.898
They can focus on their children.

00:34:21.898 --> 00:34:22.981
They can focus on hobbies.

00:34:22.981 --> 00:34:24.505
They can do all of these things.

00:34:24.505 --> 00:34:26.050
They will find themselves.

00:34:26.050 --> 00:34:28.034
They will become entrepreneurs.

00:34:28.034 --> 00:34:30.681
They don't just have a checklist and they built a business.

00:34:30.681 --> 00:34:36.333
No, they become entrepreneurs, which means they can launch another vertical, another business, and all of this.

00:34:36.333 --> 00:34:41.125
They become confident speakers, they start attracting unusual opportunities.

00:34:41.125 --> 00:34:43.418
They don't get thrown off by challenges anymore.

00:34:43.418 --> 00:34:53.766
They can weather storms when that container can do that, and they acquire a whole bunch of new friends and colleagues and people that will open doors for them.

00:34:53.766 --> 00:34:55.518
And all of that when I know they can do that.

00:34:55.679 --> 00:34:58.365
I'm like, please, you have to be in the On Trending Business School.

00:34:58.365 --> 00:35:00.420
You have to be.

00:35:00.420 --> 00:35:04.112
This is a place where doctors who are crushing it go to win.

00:35:04.112 --> 00:35:06.038
This is where they get the world-class mentorship.

00:35:06.038 --> 00:35:11.168
This is where they get access to the EBS Commonwealth, which is a community filled with rockstar physicians.

00:35:11.168 --> 00:35:12.663
This is where they do all of that stuff.

00:35:12.663 --> 00:35:16.038
All right, so these are my seven lessons that I've learned.

00:35:16.038 --> 00:35:20.976
These are seven lessons that will serve you really well If you got a whole lot out of it.

00:35:20.976 --> 00:35:27.307
I want you to take a screenshot of this and share your favorite lesson and ask people to come watch the episode.

00:35:27.307 --> 00:35:33.628
Okay, and that's you amplifying this, because think about it, what if a hundred thousand physicians knew this?

00:35:33.628 --> 00:35:36.081
What will happen in their businesses as they apply this?

00:35:36.081 --> 00:35:38.177
What will happen in their lives as they apply this right.

00:35:38.177 --> 00:35:45.302
So take a screenshot of it, share your favorite one of the lessons and tell people to come watch or come listen to get the rest of the lessons.

00:35:45.302 --> 00:35:46.646
Okay, I am rooting for you.

00:35:46.646 --> 00:35:53.277
I want you to know this.

00:35:53.277 --> 00:35:53.679
You're a physician.

00:35:53.679 --> 00:35:54.704
I am rooting for you and I trust that you win.

00:35:54.724 --> 00:35:56.773
And if you've been thinking about the EntreeMD business school, well, now is your time, like.

00:35:56.773 --> 00:35:57.835
Now is your time to come join us.

00:35:57.835 --> 00:36:01.121
Now is your time to say hey, you know, I want to do this, like.

00:36:01.121 --> 00:36:02.483
I mean, I want to build a dream life.

00:36:02.483 --> 00:36:03.826
I want to build my dream business.

00:36:03.826 --> 00:36:04.766
I want to build a team.

00:36:04.766 --> 00:36:07.190
I want to increase my revenue and increase my profits.

00:36:07.190 --> 00:36:08.753
I want to be confident as an entrepreneur.

00:36:08.753 --> 00:36:10.518
I want to know how to manage my time.

00:36:10.518 --> 00:36:12.829
I want to know how to set goals and achieve them.

00:36:12.829 --> 00:36:14.896
I want to know how to be different every 90 days.

00:36:14.896 --> 00:36:16.360
I'm tired of doing this alone.

00:36:16.360 --> 00:36:18.686
I'm tired of being with people who are discouraging me.

00:36:18.686 --> 00:36:27.869
I want to be in a community of people who encourage me, who cheer me on, whose lives and businesses will be vision boards for me, who will inspire me just by being like.

00:36:27.869 --> 00:36:28.817
That's what I want.

00:36:28.817 --> 00:36:30.402
That's what I want and that's what you want.

00:36:30.402 --> 00:36:32.137
You come join the Entremdi business school.

00:36:32.137 --> 00:36:39.847
Okay, so where you would go to turn in your application will be entremdicom forward slash business, and we would love, love, love to have you in the school.

00:36:40.007 --> 00:36:42.961
Okay and regardless, I'm rooting for every single one of you.

00:36:42.961 --> 00:36:43.684
I'm rooting for you.

00:36:43.684 --> 00:36:49.710
Listening to me, I want you to take these lessons, but I think the one I want you to take to heart the most is you can change in six hours.

00:36:49.710 --> 00:36:50.510
Just think about it.

00:36:50.510 --> 00:36:53.172
You can change in six hours, which means you can change every week.

00:36:53.172 --> 00:36:54.753
It means you can change every 90 days.

00:36:54.753 --> 00:37:01.157
Every 90 days, your change can be so obvious that not only do you know, but the people in your world are like what is going on with you.

00:37:01.157 --> 00:37:09.847
I've had people tell me their spouses are like what is happening with you, not complaining because they're like I like this version of you, but what is going on?

00:37:09.847 --> 00:37:10.748
And I want that for you.

00:37:10.748 --> 00:37:12.210
Okay, so I'm rooting for you.

00:37:12.210 --> 00:37:19.925
Make sure you take the screenshot, share it on your social media, type in there the lesson you value the most and put the link so people can come watch the rest of them.

00:37:19.925 --> 00:37:21.721
And I'll see you on the next episode of the.

00:37:21.721 --> 00:37:22.543
I'm Sharing the Podcast.
