Dr. Anderson specializes in family counseling, adolescents, and self-care. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, credentialed to work in Private Practice. She has experience with Individual Counseling, Group Counseling, and Play Therapy. She has also worked at a mental hospital supporting patients, assessing patients, and developing treatment plans for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Dr. Anderson has worked in the public school sector as a teacher, counselor, principal, and central office director. She has provided counseling services to elementary, middle, and high school students. She serves on the National Mental Health Task Force and the NAMI Committee for the South Central Region of the United States.
