Y'all, if your business feels stuck right now, I want you to pause before you touch the marketing or rework the offer or decide you just need to work harder.
Because most of the time, it's none of those things.
It's a mismatch between who you are and how your business is actually built.
Every company that's thriving has two distinct leadership energies working together. The visionary who sees what's possible and the integrator who makes it real. Most founders start out being both because they have to be. And that works for a season.
But there's a ceiling to that approach and most people hit it without realizing what caused it. They're a visionary trying to run operations. Or an integrator waiting on someone to commit to a direction. Either way the business stalls and it looks like a strategy problem when it's actually a structure problem.
Figure out which one you are first. Then build the business around that answer.
