How Jeff Crilley Went From TV Journalism to Building His Own Media Company

Before we get into this throwback conversation, Jeff Crilley shares a little of his own story.

After more than 25 years in journalism, he made a major career change in 2008 and started a PR firm from his home.

That business grew over time, and Jeff eventually expanded into live digital broadcasting, built a larger team, and opened multiple TV studios. 🎥

I love the full-circle part of his story.

He spent years telling stories as a journalist, then built a business that allowed him to keep telling stories in a completely different way.

Career changes can feel uncertain while you're in the middle of them. Sometimes it takes a few years before you can see how much of your previous experience was preparing you for what came next.
