For years I missed every holiday. Tax season swallowed everything whole. Easter, spring break, all of it. I was either buried in work or so exhausted that even when I was physically present I wasn't really there.
Then one year my calendar had personal time blocked on a Tuesday afternoon in April.
No phone buzzing. No urgent emails. No client waiting on something.
Just me, my kids, and a bag of plastic Easter eggs.
I sat there stuffing those eggs and it hit me all at once: this is what I was building toward. Not the revenue. Not the client count. This afternoon. This moment.
The systems were finally working for me instead of the other way around.
I went from over 200 clients to 56 and tripled my revenue. And y'all, those two things happened together. That's the whole point.
If you want to see how that shift actually works, follow along. More coming.
