I felt guilty for admitting I wasn't happy. I had every external reason to be. So instead of sitting with that feeling I built a framework to actually measure what counts.

Thirteen survival animals. And I've genuinely been every single one of them at different points in my life.

Before y'all take the assessment I want you to know this: the animal you get today is not permanent. It's where you are right now, in this season, with everything you're carrying. Where you are and where you're stuck are two very different things.

If you land on unicorn or dragon you're in a genuinely good spot. Well-rounded across the things that actually make up a full life, not just the metrics on a dashboard. That's the goal.
But life goes up and down whether we micromanage every detail or not. The animal that fits today might be completely different six months from now. Mine has shifted more times than I can count. The point isn't to get the best result. The point is to see yourself clearly enough to know what actually needs attention right now.

Assessment is at happinessaudit.netlify.app. Four minutes. Free.

Drop your animal in the comments after you take it. I genuinely want to know.
