Briana Silvio is a tenacious and community-driven entrepreneur based on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She lives there with her loving husband, Billy, and their charming 6-year-old daughter, Aria Pearl. Born and raised on a farm in Maine, she developed a strong work ethic early on, which she claims to be the driving force behind her success. Briana owns Elevated Impressions, a Balloon Décor and Event Rental business which she founded in 2019 from the basement of her home. This small business now employs 4 full time staff, 3 part time staff, and peak season staff. They have elevated thousands of events, and currently service five states in New England. She has a personal passion for creating efficient systems and operations, and a fervor for community involvement. Her obligation is more than just a small business owner; she is a strong community leader, a dedicated philanthropist, a proven leader in her industry, she is known for doing all things with honesty, integrity, and humility.
