John and the Duchess couldn't let the week end without getting into it one more time. With producer Mike watching from the chat and the audience tuned in live, this bonus bunker episode tackles four stories that the mainstream media won't touch the way they deserve — with unfiltered commentary, real audio from the House floor, and zero patience for hypocrisy.

The Nancy Mace Resolution: 357 Members Vote to Protect Themselves

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) filed a privileged resolution directing the House Ethics Committee to preserve and publicly release all records related to congressional investigations into sexual harassment, unwanted sexual advances, and sexual assault — with victim identities protected and a 60-day release window.

You would think it would pass unanimously. It did not.

The vote was 357 against, 65 in favor. Nearly all Democrats (182) and nearly all Republicans (175) voted to kill it.

What the hosts unpacked is the machinery behind the vote: Congress operates a taxpayer-funded slush fund that has paid out an estimated $17 million to settle sexual harassment complaints. Victims are required to sign NDAs before they can even file formal charges — meaning there is no public record, no accountability, and no consequence for the offending member.

Nancy Mace and the Ilhan Omar Immigration Question

In a clip from Lindell TV, Rep. Mace was asked about the status of her motion to subpoena Ilhan Omar's immigration records — including records related to her alleged brother marriage. Mace's response was characteristically blunt: Republicans killed her motion. The process was referred to the Ethics Committee, where, as she put it, nothing ever happens and nothing ever will.

The Smoothie King "Trump Crow Laws" Incident

A husband and wife walked into a Smoothie King location in Michigan. He was wearing a Trump hoodie. Two employees refused to serve them, citing personal discomfort with his clothing. The wife recorded the encounter on her phone.

The video went viral. The employees — one of whom later claimed she was a minor and objected to being filmed — were terminated by Smoothie King corporate as of that Monday.

The Woman Who Refused to Train Her Replacement

A viral TikTok account, @TheUnobsolete, blew up this week when a woman shared her story of being passed over for a promotion she had spent years earning — only to be asked to train the 25-year-old fresh grad who got the role instead.

Her answer was simply: no.

When HR sent an email about being a "team player," she responded that she was happy to share her expertise — at consulting rates, triple her salary. When they called it unprofessional, she reminded them that the team hadn't supported her when she asked why she was passed over. Silence.

When they eventually called her in to let her go with a two-week severance offer, she slid it back across the table and demanded six months of pay plus full benefits through the year's end — or she'd call an employment attorney. By the end of the day, she had everything she asked for. Six months later, her replacement quit.

Laverne Spicer Tweets, Trump Tweets & Bunker Mailbag

The episode also featured John reading two scorched-earth tweets from Laverne Spicer, a Black conservative Florida congressional candidate and founder of Curly's House Food Bank — one aimed at Jasmine Crockett after Crockett's Senate primary loss, and another directed at Michelle Obama. The audience was split on whether it would become a regular segment.

Kate delivered the week's Trump Tweet, which called for Iran's unconditional surrender before any deal — and signed off with "MIGA: Make Iran Great Again."
