Not only did Lisa Busby deal with her son, Cannon's addiction for 12 years but now she has to deal with his death due to overdose. This is something that we feel very deeply, being parents to two sons. One of the purposes of this podcast is to ensure that no parent has to lose another child to addiction. Lisa still has hope because Cannon never lost hope and so she is starting a foundation to help addicts get the help they need - even if they have to pay for it.
