Everyone should be DRAWN to the #Lounge, this week! Many times it's said the guys act like children, so they brought children's book author/illustrator, Violet Lemay in to hang out!
Not everyone was 100% on board, at the first mention of having a children's book person in (COUGH... MATT), but by the end of our time, with Violet, the guys were sad to see it end!
Violet is such a kind and warm-hearted person, she made everyone feel better about life!
She talked about how she came to the realization that she was made to write/illustrate books. She also is asked about her process of writing and illustrating.
The question of whether her style varies by book or if you can tell it's hers throughout is asked. Also, how does the process differ when illustrating your own book to someone else's book. AND Richey is told he's funny.
Bob Ross comes up, along with what Violet does to relax. Does she just sit and do absolutely nothing? We think you know that answer!
