The loss of life and innocence, and the horrendous trauma inflicted on everyone who was there, the families and first responders. These were just little kids at a dance class. Merseyside Police confirmed that a nine year old girl succumbed to her injuries early Tuesday, following the deaths of two other girls age six and seven the previous day. Eight other children were injured, with five between six and eleven years old in critical condition. Two female adults who bravely attempted to protect the children are also critically injured. Witnesses reported that the alleged attacker arrived by taxi, exiting without payment. Emergency services described the scene as horrific and chaotic upon arrival.
