When asked how to teach someone budgeting, Pat Brown said:
It's exposure, exposure, and exposure. Exposure is the key word.
Having someone sit down with you, going over what a budget looks like, going over what credit looks like, going over what compound interest looks like, understanding what investments look like.
Now, you're not gonna learn everything, but just get exposed to it so you can recognize things.
