Today's cool thing takes us back to Sheffield in the early 80s and the birth of Heaven 17 when Martin Ware and Ian Craig Mark led from the Human League in 1980, and they came up with vocalists Lynn Gregory to create a darker, functions of the name comes straight out of Anthony Broker's fictional hardcore listed in Heaven 17 right from the start. They weren't making climbing, but they were making a statement. But here's something many fans don't realize. Heaven 17 never played a live show once. So here we are in 2025, more than four decades later, and Heaven 17 has released their first new single in a decade. It's called There's Something About You. It's fleek, awful, and unmistakably Heaven 17.
