Can I upload videos to my Podpage website?

Podpage doesn't host media files directly, including videos. Instead, host your video on a platform built for streaming — like YouTube or Vimeo — and embed it on your Podpage. Your videos load fast, and you get the reach and analytics of those platforms for free.

How to embed a video in show notes, blog posts, or custom pages

  1. Upload your video to YouTube, Vimeo, or another hosting platform.
  2. On the platform, find the video's Share or Embed option and copy the embed code.
  3. In your Podpage dashboard, open the edit screen for the episode, blog post, or page where you want the video.
  4. Click the <> button in the editor and paste the embed code.
  5. Click Save, then preview the page to make sure the video plays.

Import YouTube videos as their own pages

You can also import YouTube videos into a dedicated Videos section of your website, each with its own page — see Import YouTube videos into your website.

Tip: Publish video versions of your episodes on YouTube even if you're audio-first — it's a search engine of its own, and embedding those videos on your site gives listeners another way in.
