Adding Hosts to Your Website

Host profiles put faces to the voices on your show. When you add hosts or team members, they appear in the host section of your home page and About page, and each person gets their own SEO-friendly profile page on your website.

Available on the Pro plan and above.

How to add a host

  1. In your dashboard, go to Pages → Host Profiles. If you don't see it, click More Pages and choose Host Profiles.
  2. Click New Person.
  3. Fill in their name, bio, and title, and add a photo. You can also include their website, podcast link, and social media links.
  4. Click Save.

You can add as many hosts as you like.

Where hosts appear

  • Home page and About page — hosts show up in the host section, so visitors can get to know the people behind the show.
  • Their own profile page — each host gets a dedicated, search-engine-friendly page on your site.
  • Blog author list — hosts appear in the author dropdown when you edit a blog post. See Assigning Blog Authors.

Note: Adding a host does not let them edit your website. To invite someone to help manage your site, see Giving your team access to manage your website.
