Your navigation bar sits at the top of every page of your website. You can change its style, choose what appears in the logo area, and control exactly which links show — all from one place.
Where to find the navigation bar settings
In your dashboard, go to Design → Edit Design and open the Navigation Bar panel. It contains:
- Navigation Bar Background — Solid, Transparent, or Floating, which shows the bar as a centered, rounded pill instead of spanning the full width.
- Website Logo and Nav Bar Logo Area — what shows in the top-left corner: your podcast artwork and name, name only, a custom logo, or nothing.
- Links — the links themselves.
Colors, font styling, and Sticky Navigation (keeping the bar fixed as visitors scroll) are in the Navigation Bar section of Design → Advanced Design.
For a frosted-glass look that lets your background show through, set Surface Style to Glass in the Colors section of Advanced Design (this also applies to cards, the player, and menus). Floating, Glass, and Sticky Navigation can be combined.
Managing your navigation links
Editing navigation links is available on the Pro plan and above.
- In the Links list, drag links to reorder them.
- Use the toggles to turn individual links on or off.
- Click the pencil icon next to a link to rename it — for example, change "Episodes" to "Audio Nuggets". This is also handy for translating labels into your site's language.
Creating dropdown menus
To group links into a dropdown, drag a link onto another link in the Links list — it nests underneath and the top link becomes a dropdown menu. Menus nest one level deep.
- On desktop, the dropdown opens when visitors hover over it, and they can still click the top link to go straight to that page.
- On mobile, dropdowns are shown expanded, so nothing is hidden behind a tap.
The last link in the list is styled as a button — great for your most important call to action. You can turn this off with Make Last Link a Button.
Adding new links
You can add links to external websites — your store, social profiles, anything — with the Add Navigation Link button in the same panel. See adding new links to your navigation bar for the details.
