Strange New Worlds Is Back! Preview the Two-Episode Premiere with 14 New Images

Strange New Worlds  is back, and it's about damn time.

After what felt like an actual eternity waiting to find out after the horrific events on Parnassus Beta, Star Trek’s best-kept (and best-dressed) secret has finally returned for Season three. And not just with one episode, but two. This week, we’re diving headfirst into the thrilling conclusion of Season two’s cliffhanger with “Hegemony, Part Two,” and getting some much-needed character drama (and maybe a bit of joy?) with “Wedding Bell Blues.”

What We Know

In “Hegemony, Part Two,” the Gorn threat continues to escalate, and we’re expecting big emotional swings and explosive action as Captain Pike and the crew of the Enterprise face off against Starfleet’s most terrifying enemy. We’ve been waiting nearly two years for this one, and all signs point to a high-stakes, high-emotion showdown.

Following that, “Wedding Bell Blues” gives us a tonal shift and what looks like a deep dive into the complicated emotional landscape of the crew. No details to give yet on this one, but maybe the images below might shed some light on where we're headed for this one.

14 New Images

Paramount dropped 14 new images from both episodes, and while we won’t break them all down shot-by-shot here, you can take a look at them for yourself right now!
