Ingredients for Success – Goal Setting with Ben Hunt – Davis

On this weeks episode I speak to Ben Hunt – Davis  about the success ingredients for setting goals. You do not want to miss this enlightening conversation where we dig deep into success with an eye on performance.

1.  Be clear on your goals

Layer your goals:

a.  Create a Crazy Goal

b.  Concrete Layer: when, how, success measures, how will I know when I have achieved this goal?

c.   Control Layer: What can we do to achieve this crazy goal?

d.  Everyday layer: What actions do I need to do every day to achieve this goal?

2.  Focus on performance: How did this go? What this a good use of my time? How can I get better next time?

3.  Get help: Who do I need to support me in achieving this goal?
